Excess inventory sitting on shelves, taking up valuable warehouse space that should be used for fast-moving inventory. Downtime, empty spaces on the calendar where you really could easily throw in another job to fill it up, or you would be really happy to fill that empty table or room. It would be amazing if it wasn’t so hard to do. It takes a TON OF WORK to get the business that you do have!
